  Good food, but do not sit outside if you don't smoke. They do absolutely nothing to stop the"regulars"from lighting up. You can't breath out there. Manager will not do anything. Gross.

  We were extremely disappointed today, so much so that we likely won't be back. That's too bad because their wings are wonderful. It's their business ethics that are bad. For years, we've overlooked the fact that this location charges for small items (that other restaurants don't) without informing the customers...cheese on a salad and a spoonful of sour cream come to mind. But today...after we were there about 10 minutes, they cranked the sound up so much that no one in the room could have a conversion. Literally. Everyone was looking around waiting for the sound to go down. We finally asked someone to turn the sound down. And asked. And asked. Then we asked for a manager. One was coming Megan (our very good server) said. A manager never came. After 15 minutes we just left. It was obvious that there was no interest in even addressing the concern. Zero customer service. Neither Kevin nor Rhonda, the managers on duty, bothered to come and talk to us.
  We like the football games as much as the next guy, but we also like to have a few words with each other during our lunch. There were 5 of us and I doubt we'll head back to that location any time soon, if ever. It's not the cranked up volume as much as the total lack of concern for a customer's unhappiness.
