  Ordered our pizza at 7pm was told it would be 45 minutes and hour later no pizza I call and was told the driver didn't deliver our pizza I asked why not guy on the phone says he didn't know why that they got slammed and he didn't know but we could reorder and get it for free but it will take you guessed another 45 minutes total BS

  Absolute WORST, WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I've been in hospitality my entire life an have never have an experience like the one I just had. The "manager" 'Lexi got smart with me for asking about a promo code and told me she doesn't deliver to my apartment. My apartment building has signs outside posted by THIS PAPA JOHNS LOCATION that offer promotional codes. After she called me cheap, she hung up on me. I called corporate to file a complaint and will NEVER order from any Papa Johns ever again.

  Poor service, put on hold, couldnt give the right price. Then after a ton of trouble the pizza was wrong and cold.
