  Regionsl Chain with local roots and flavor....brewery.
  Ask for "mustache".....Service was quick and impeccable with "Mustache". The general manager Will on duty was involved, diligent, and responsive while actively listening. The food was delivered at correct temperatures and plate presentation was great. Sweet tea was at perfect strength. $$$ Not the greatest value ( $38 for 2 entree's - chicken bacon macaroni and cheese and fish and chips) the experience of the service staff and atmosphere very relaxing. The dish recipes are quite tasty and original. Part of Old Chicago and Blue Water...Chef Dressler hits a solid with today's meal. Thank you.

  This is my favorite restaurant in Chattanooga. Delicious food and drinks. Worth what you pay. I have had a mix of service.....sometimes great, sometimes I practically got no service. That is always sort of a hit or miss, all servers are different. Other than that I have enjoyed every visit to this establishment.
