  One of my favorite places in Chattanooga. I have always had great service, and I really like the food. The bleu cheese chips are my favorite appetizer, and I have enjoyed all of the entrees. Sunday brunch is one of the best in town.

  We're visiting from the Florida panhandle and tasted some of the best seafood dishes we've ever experienced, right here at Bluewater Grill. Service was impeccable (thank you, Clay!) and tasty craft beer too! What a wonderful evening, Bluwater staff!

  The only reason I am giving Bluewater Grille 2 stars is because the service was great and the crab dip was a little above average. More importantly: my entree was terrible! Typically I don't order sea food this far from the coast but this place looked nice enough to have their sh** together. Boy was I wrong. My date and I both ordered the grouper. It tasted like it had been marinating in dumpster juice (that liquid that accumulates in the bottom of a dumpster) for several days before being thrown on the grill. If you are going to market yourself as an upper-class seafood grill, pay a little more attention at the fish market.
